In terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA),
any person may request access to records held by Mtunzini Group, provided the record is
required for the exercise or protection of a right.
Requests must be submitted using the prescribed PAIA Request for Access Form,
in accordance with the procedures outlined in our PAIA Manual.
