This Protection of Personal Information (POPI) statement forms part of the Mtunzini Group website terms and conditions. It seeks to explain how Mtunzini Group may use Personal Information (PI) collected from you when you use our website. Mtunzini Group will only disclose your personal information if you have agreed that we may disclose your personal information, where we have a duty or a right to disclose in terms of legislation or industry codes as well as where we believe it is necessary to protect our rights.

Mtunzini Group will share your Personal Information with its Third Parties, i.e., Service Providers, affiliates and other trusted businesses or persons, only for the purpose of processing your Personal Information in compliance with this Statement. Prior to sharing your PI with a Third Party, Mtunzini Group will conduct a due diligence to identify any possible risks posed by inadequate controls. All Third Parties who process PI will do so under a written contractual arrangement which will include obligations on the Third Party in terms of the Protection of Personal Information Act. Mtunzini Group will not share your information with any Third Party that does not comply with the terms of our POPI Policy.

We are legally obliged to provide adequate protection for the personal information we hold and
to prevent unauthorized access and use of your personal information. We will take all the
reasonably necessary technical and organizational measures to protect your personal
information in accordance with our IT Information Security Policy, Cyber Security Policy and
continue to review our security controls and related processes to ensure that your personal
information is secure.

Mtunzini Group will only keep your personal information for:
• as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed
• as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you
• as long as needed to provide services to you, and/or
• as long as necessary to comply with legal and contractual obligations.
